La Crosse County Senior Nutrition Program

The Holmen Area Community Center, located in the Holmen Boy’s & Girl’s Club at 600 N. Holmen Drive, is the new location of the La Crosse County Senior Nutrition Program which provides nutritious meals in a group setting, Monday through Friday. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), all congregate meal sites are currently closed but home delivered meals are still available to individuals 60 years of age or older experiencing food insecurity. Suggested Meal Donation: $4.00
Donations are confidential.

To Qualify:
Must be 60 years of age or older or attend with a spouse that is over 60.

To Register:
All Congregate participants must register at one of the sites to be eligible. Meals must be ordered by noon at least one day in advance.

Senior Chair Aerobics

The Village of Holmen and La Crosse County has contracted with the La Crosse Area Family YMCA to offer weekly chair aerobics group exercise classes on Wednesdays at the Holmen Area Community Center (Holmen Boy’s & Girl’s Club). Discover what so many Holmen area seniors already have.

Time: 11:00am – 11:30am
Open to: 55 & Older
Fee: FREE, must have paid senior meal through La Crosse County Meal Program.

Exercise in a comfortable group setting among friends and then enjoy a meal together.
