The Viking Youth Soccer Academy program is the premiere introduction to soccer in the Coulee Region and provides an opportunity for boys & girls ages 4, 5, & 6 to learn the game of soccer. The format will include camp style skill development and small sided (4 on 4) in house style league games. Small sided games allow players to have the most contact with the ball and best opportunity to develop their skills. We are seeking 1-2 parents to assist with each team of 6-8 kids to help with drills and games. Volunteer coaches can receive a credit for their registration.

Holmen Park & Recreation Youth Soccer is seeking parents who wish to take an active role in their child’s soccer season. All of our teams, in all three of our fantastic programs will depend entirely on parent volunteer coaches to guide our teams through their season. We will strive to place 1-2 parents with each of our teams and provide each coach with the education, assistance, and equipment required to help your child’s team learn the game of soccer.

REMEMBER: The younger the child, the smaller the number of players on the team. And the smaller the team, the more teams we will have. What does this mean?! WE NEED YOU! All coaches will be contacted via email by Coach Guy prior to the season starting with more information. Parents that are willing to coach their child’s team should state so during this registration process.
If you have any questions regarding the commitment, coaching clinics, etc., please contact…Alex Inglett, Asst. Director, ainglett@holmenwi.gov, (608) 526-2152
