The Village of Holmen is seeking public input on the design for the upcoming Main Street reconstruction project. The project is currently in the preliminary design phase, with construction anticipated to begin in the spring of 2027. Planned improvements include the replacement of key Village utilities, such as sanitary sewer and water mains, along with a full reconstruction of the Main Street corridor to enhance safety, accessibility, and overall functionality.

Community participation is an important part of this process. Preliminary design concepts, along with a public comment form, are available below. Residents, business owners, and other stakeholders are encouraged to review the materials and share their feedback to help guide the final design. Comment forms can be dropped off/mailed to Village Hall (PO Box 158, Holmen, WI 54636) or emailed to Chris Dahl (Public Works Director/Village Engineer) or Cory Mikshowsky (Asst. Public Works Director/Asst. Village Engineer) before December 20, 2025.
